THIN GINGER BREAD 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 scant c. flour
1 pinch salt

Spread on tin sheets (very thin). Bake in quick oven (400 degrees) and cut in squares while hot.
