1/2 c. Joy or Dawn
5 c. water
2 tbsp. glycerine (purchase at pharmacy)

Stir together water and soap. Add glycerine. Using frying pan for solution, dip coat hanger that has been made into a loop. Works best outside in cool, wet weather (early evening or morning or just after a rain is ideal).
