CRANBERRY - ORANGE SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. orange juice 1 (16 oz.) jar cranberry-orange relish 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 unpeeled apple, chopped Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice and let stand until almost jelled. Combine cranberry-orange relish, chopped apple and pecans; fold into the almost jelled mixture. Pour into a 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Yield 10 sm. servings, approximately Cal/Serve.: 180. |
