CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD 
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp. orange juice

Combine chopped cranberries (a pastry blender in a small bowl does nicely) and sugar. Cover and chill. In large bowl combine cabbage and orange sections. Cover and chill. Just before serving stir together yogurt, peel and juice then cranberry mixture. Pour over cabbage and toss. Low fat and festive!
