QUICK ORANGE-CRANBERRY-RASPBERRY
SALAD
 
2 pkgs. raspberry Jello
1 pkg. frozen orange-cranberry relish
1 pkg. frozen raspberries
1/2 c. ginger ale
Juice & a little grated rind of 1 lemon

1. Dissolve Jello in 1 1/3 cups boiling water.

2. Cut frozen relish and frozen raspberries into pieces; add to Jello.

3. Add ginger ale, lemon juice and grated rind.

4. Stir well.

5. Pour into 1 large or 10 individual molds or put into 8" square pan and cut into squares when set.

This is good with turkey dinner.
