CRANBERRY-ORANGE SALAD 
4 c. (1 lb.) cranberries
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
3 pkgs. lemon Jello
3 oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

(If you grind cranberries, do not cook 20 minutes).

(If oranges are thick skinned, do not use all of the peel; quarter and seed oranges; then grind).

Cook cranberries in water for 20 minutes. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from fire and add Jello, orange and pineapple. Pour in mold and let set until firm.
