FUDGE KRISPIES 
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) milk chocolate morsels
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
4 c. Rice Krispies

Combine morsels, butter and corn syrup in medium pan. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and sugar. Add cereal, mixing lightly until well coated. Spread evenly in 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
