BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
10 oz. frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or sour cream
2 pkg. Jiffy corn mix

Melt butter and put a small amount in bottom of 9 X 13 glass dish, pour remainder into bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well and pour into dish.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
