GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can consomme or bouillon
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. flour

Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Saute until onions are golden brown. Put everything in a casserole, stir thoroughly. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with hot buttered noodles and/or rice.
