HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 can mushroom soup
3/4 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Brown hamburger and onion in batter (spoon off fat). Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Add soups and blend. Simmer 25 minutes. Add sour cream and heat; do not boil. Serve over rice and chow mein noodles or toasted English muffins.
