SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. white sugar
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. canned milk

Mix all above ingredients together and put in a lightly greased casserole.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. softened butter
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar

Mix ingredients together and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. This casserole may be made the day before and put in refrigerator.
