SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. white sugar
1 c. cornflakes or bran flakes
1 c. pecans

Mash sweet potatoes. Add sugar, eggs and 1/2 stick butter. Mix crushed flakes, 1/4 stick butter and chopped pecans. Place sweet potato mixture in greased casserole dish and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
