SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 cans sweet potatoes, drained, mashed in a bowl
1 stick butter
1 1/3 c. white sugar

Cream together butter and sugar. Add to creamed mixture:

1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten

Pour and mash with sweet potatoes. Pour in a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Add topping below. Rebake 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed

Melt butter in pan. Add brown sugar, walnuts, crushed pineapple and Corn Flakes.
