SWEET 'TATER CASSEROLE | |
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. all-purpose flour 1/3 c. butter 1 c. pecans, chopped In mixing bowl, combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter. Beat until smooth. Turn mixture into casserole dish. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and 1/3 cup butter. Crumble over potato mixture and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
