TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can French green beans, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese

Saute beef and onions. Drain. Layer in casserole dish, beef, green beans, soup mixture (soup and sour cream); cover with tater tots. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This was very quick and tasty! I used corn instead of green beans and mixed all but the tots together before putting into the baking dish. Also mixed mozzerella in and sprinked cheddar on top before baking. It looked kind of strange but a winner!
