PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Combine soda, flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir pumpkin mix into flour mixture. Spread into ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool on rack.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. sugar

Cream the cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla and add sugar in small amounts. Stirring often after each addition. Spread over cool pumpkin bars. Cut into square. May sprinkle with chopped nuts.
