PARMESAN FLOUNDER FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets
Vegetable cooking spray
8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Arrange fillets in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients; spread mixture evenly over fillets. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Yield 4 servings about 161 calories per serving.
