FLOUNDER FILLET OR SCALLOPS (IN
BAKING DISH)
 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. flounder or scallops
4 tbsp. butter
4 - 6 tbsp. flavored bread crumbs
Sprinkle of garlic powder
1/2 fresh lemon
Sliced tomatoes and onion
1/2 tsp. - 1 tbsp. olive oil with sm. amount vinegar
Rice
Soy sauce

Sprinkle bread crumbs and garlic powder over flounder or scallops and butter. Squeeze lemon over all. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour (or to taste). Serve with sliced tomatoes and small amount of sliced onion. Pour olive oil over this with vinegar. Rice with soy sauce to taste. Serves 4 to 5.
