Homemade Applesauce 
6 apples, peeled and sliced, Macouns are our favorite
Water
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1. Place apples in heavy saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

2. Reduce heat. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and brown sugar. 3. Simmer till apples are nice and soft, about 20 minutes.

4. Serve warm.
