CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 2/3 c. crab meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, diced
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Combine mayonnaise, flour, beaten eggs and milk; mix until blended. Stir in crab meat, Swiss cheese and green onion. Pour into 9 inch pastry lined pie plate or quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
