CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained (can use imitation crab)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Mix until well blended. Stir in crab, cheese and onion. Pour into pie shell and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.
