GINGER BROCCOLI 
1 lb. broccoli flowers and stems
1/4 c. oil
1 inch shredded ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sesame oil

Boil broccoli 2 minutes. Plunge in COLD water and drain. Heat wok and add oil. Add ginger to flavor the oil. Add broccoli then salt. Toss well with sesame oil. Stir fry until hot. Serves 6.
