JAILHOUSE CHILI 
2 lbs. ground round
2 (4 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. cumin
3 tbsp. garlic chips
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. chili powder
Cornmeal
2 cans kidney beans
1/2 qt. water

Brown meat. In another pot, boil tomato sauce, bouillon cubes, cumin, garlic salt and chili powder in 1/2 quart water. Add meat. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add enough cornmeal to bind juice slightly. Add beans, cover and simmer 1 more hour.

Can be served over rice and garnished with shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped avocado and sour cream.
