PANCAKE BURGER BASH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn

DUMPLINGS:

1 1/2 c. pancake mix
1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1 egg
2 tsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. water

In Dutch oven or electric skillet brown ground beef and onion, drain, stir in salt, chili powder, tomato sauce, tomatoes, corn with liquid. Simmer 10 minutes, stir occasionally.

Dumplings: To measure pancake mix lightly spoon into cup, level. In bowl combine pancake mix and corn chips, add eggs, oil, water. Mix well spoon batter over bubbling meat mixture, cover; simmer 15 minutes without removing lid. Dumplings will be puffy and dry on top.
