MEXICALI BURGERS AND RICE | |
2 cans (19 oz.) Campbell's Chunky Sirloin Burger Soup 1 c. Minute Rice 1 c. stewed tomatoes 2 tsp. chili powder In 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish, 10x6x2, combine all ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until rice is done; stir. Garnish with sliced hard cooked egg; sprinkle with additional chili powder if desired. Makes about 5 cups. |
