SAUSAGE AND CHEESE SOUFFLE 
6 eggs, beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. shredded cheese or sm. box cubed Velveeta
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
12 oz. sausage, cooked
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients into casserole, refrigerate overnight. Microwave on roast until done, stirring and rotating every 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
