1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can applesauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Grease tube pan and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar-cinnamon mixture. Mix cake mix, eggs and applesauce. Pour all but 2 tablespoons in cake pan. Sprinkle remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture over batter in pan. Top with remaining batter. Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven or until cake springs back.
