1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box coconut pecan frosting mix
1/2 c. crushed pecans
6 oz. chocolate morsels
1/3 c. butter (for cake mix)
Milk and butter as required for frosting mix

Mix cake mix and 1/3 cup softened butter and 2 eggs until crumbly (set aside 1 cup). Press mix into greased bowl and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine frosting mix and heat until butter melts. Let base cool for 2 minutes; layer with frosting mix, pecans, and chocolate pieces. Cook 20-25 minutes until browned. Allow to set until cool, preferably overnight.
