1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

FILLING:

15 oz. sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine cake mix, butter and eggs; stir in nuts. Reserve 1 1/2 cups. Press rest in pan.

In saucepan, melt filling ingredients. Pour over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
