DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CRUMB BARS 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. peanut butter

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir together flour, nuts, cocoa and baking powder. Stir in egg mixture. Spread into bottom of greased 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the marshmallows evenly on top and bake 3 minutes more.

Combine in saucepan chips and peanut butter. Cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Stir in cereal. Spread over cooled bars. Chill and cut into bars. Refrigerate.
