SHERRY'S S'MORES COOKIE BARS | |
1/2 cup butter, room temperature 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/3 cups flour 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 King-sized Hershey's chocolate bars 1 1/2 cups Marshmallow Fluff Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Add to batter mixture and stir until well combined. Divide dough in half. Press 1/2 of the dough into bottom of pan. Place chocolate bars over dough, (may have to break up into large pieces to fit.) Spread chocolate with the Fluff. Place remaining dough evenly on top of Fluff.
