1 box cake mix (your favorite)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter and mix in egg. Cut in cake mix until crumbly. Push most of the mix into the bottom of a cake pan.

Melt chocolate chips and stir in sweetened condensed milk. Pour chip and milk mixture over the cake mixture in the cake pan. Crumble the remaining portion of cake mixture over the top.

Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.

Variations: You can use whatever type of cake mixture you'd like. You can also use different types of chips: milk, dark, or white chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter, etc.
