AUNT DONNA'S NO-BAKE COOKIE BARS 
This recipe is a very yummy recipe even if you use carob powder! :) It is healthy too if you use healthy peanut butter and real milk.

1 cup Sucanat (natural brown sugar)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (or carob powder)
1/3 cup milk
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup coconut flakes

Combine first four ingredients and cook until it boils for about a minute on medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter FAST! Mix in next two ingredients. Spread on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate until set, then cut into squares.
