CRUST: 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter crushed graham crackers (about 8) Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a 8x10-inch cake pan in the oven. Once butter is completely melted, spread crushed graham crackers mixed with melted butter in bottom of pan until about 1/4-inch thick. I like to pat it down with the back of a spoon. TOPPING: 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut flakes Spread entire can of sweetened condensed milk over crust - be careful not to mix with crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and top with coconut flakes. Place in 350°F oven and bake until chips melt and coconut browns. Let cool before you cut. Submitted by: Zoe Allen |
