DO AHEAD FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. seedless red or green grapes
1 lg. red apple, cored and diced
1 can (11 oz.) drained mandarin oranges
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt

Combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
