STROGANOFF "QUICKIE" 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground chuck beef or hamburger
2 tbsp. flour
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. cultured sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in butter. Stir in fried ground beef, flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms; simmer 5 minutes. Add sour cream and just let it heat through. Serve immediately with rice, noodles, chow mein noodles or rice ring.
