QUICK PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 eggs
3 slices cubed bread
1/4 lb. melted butter

Mix sugar and flour in a 2 quart casserole. Add pineapple and beat 3 eggs and add to pineapple. Mix in 2 sliced cubed bread. Pour the butter over the mixture. Cover with 1 more slice of cubed bread. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes 8-9 servings.
