STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
32 mushroom caps (fresh)
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper

Melt butter in an 8 inch glass pie plate. Add onion and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except mushrooms. Stuff mushrooms with onion mixture - pile high. Put 8 mushrooms on a paper plate covered with wax paper. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes. Time may vary depending on size of mushrooms.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
