MUSHROOM SOUP STUFFING 
2 loaves bread
2 c. celery
1/2 med. onion (more or less)
2 cans mushroom soup
3 eggs
1/2 lb. butter (melted)
3/4 c. milk
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. salt

Saute onion and celery in part of butter. Beat eggs and add soup, mix until smooth. Add milk and butter and other ingredients. Mix together and add to bread. If necessary add more milk for moisture. If you want add 1 can of mushrooms.
