STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 pkg. stuffing mushrooms
1 medium onion
1/2 pkg. bacon
1/4 c. flavored breadcrumbs
4 oz. cream cheese, softened

Chop mushroom stems and onion. Microwave until soft, about 4 minutes. Add cream cheese and breadcrumbs and also chopped bacon. Mix well. Put in refrigerator to cool for an hour. Take spoonfuls, roll and stuff mushroom caps.

Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour, until mushrooms are brown and toasted on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
