STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS 
large mushroom caps
1 stick butter, melted
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
cooking wine or sweet wine
shredded cheeses, mixed (Cheddar, Asiago, Mozzarella or Provolone)
diced onion and garlic

Stuffing Of Your Choice:

crabmeat dressing - a combination of cornbread stuffing and crab or surimi (fake crab)
bacon or smoked meats
shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops

Add stuffing to caps. Drizzle butter, Worcestershire sauce and wine over caps. Cover each cap with cheeses.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Broil to brown cheese. Garnish with chopped herbs such as parsley, cilantro and Italian seasoning.
