UNBAKED FRUIT CAKE 
10 oz. marshmallows
1 c. canned mix
1/2 c. orange juice
6 c. graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
2 c. raisins
2 c. candied fruits
1 c. chopped dates

Mix together first 3 ingredients; warm slowly and stir just enough to melt marshmallows. Mix rest of ingredients together. Add marshmallow mixture and mix well. Pack tightly into wax paper lined pans. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Needs at least 1 week before eating. Keeps well for several months in refrigerator.
