UNBAKED FRUIT CAKE 
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. dates
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. graham crackers
1 lb. marshmallows
2 lbs. pecans
1 c. orange juice

Cut pineapple, cherries, dates and pecans into small pieces. Roll crackers fine, pour over fruit. Heat orange juice in double boiler, add marshmallows melt, pour over ingredients. Fold into nuts, fruit and graham crackers. Line pan with wax paper, pack all above firmly into pan. Cover with wax paper. Refrigerate. Makes 7 1/2 to 8 pounds.
