UNBAKED CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soften)
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 lg. can Pet milk (chilled almost frozen)
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)

Prepare graham cracker crust according to directions on the package. Put into a 13 x 9 inch dish. Cream together, cream cheese, butter, and sugar. Set aside. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add pineapple. combine the 2 mixtures. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, whip the chilled evaporated milk until it holds a soft peak. Fold the first mixture into the whipped milk. Pour over crust. Chill several hours before serving. Serves 12.
