STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE (UNBAKED) 
3 c. crushed pretzels or Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. sugar

Mix and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate.

Cream 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese with 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add 1/2 container Cool Whip. Spread over crumbs.

Dissolve 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add 1 box frozen strawberries to Jello. When slightly set, spread over cheese mixture and chill for 2 hours or more. Serve with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
