“BACON CHEDDAR CHEESE BALL” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  BACON CRACKERS

BACON CHEDDAR CHEESE BALL 
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. pimento, diced
3 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
assorted crackers

Crumble all ingredients-except crackers, blending well. Form into a ball, cover with Saran or plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.

Serve with crackers.
