CHEESE CAKE TARTS 
16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon (or vanilla)
24 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and lemon. Put one vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake papers. Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool, then garnish with pie filling. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
