CHEESE CAKE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. pkg. vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry best)

Place paper or foil baking cups in approximately 21 openings of muffin tins. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each baking cup.

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl, and fill cups 3/4 full. Pour pie filling on top of each. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool completely before serving.
