CHEESE TARTS 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter, no butter
2 c. flour
Strawberry, peach, cherry preserves, do not use jam or jelly

Have cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix well. Add flour. Chill dough. Roll out thin. Cut into small squares (2 x 2 inches). Put small amount of preserves in center of each square. Fold diagonally and pinch overlapped corners. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Dust with powdered sugar when ready to serve.
