CHEESECAKE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
Cherry or pineapple pie filling

With mixer, beat together the first 4 ingredients. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper in a muffin tin. Add 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. When cool, spoon on 1 tablespoon pie filling. Refrigerate and serve cold.
